"A great coach takes you somewhere you want to go when you can't get there on your own."

Cleo Five-Stage Process

Intentional change requires discovery and clarification, structure, practice, and accountability. Here’s how we’ll work together.

  • Rapport-check meeting, establishing confidentiality, contracting.

  • Discover and define the situation/problem or need. Build awareness of areas ripe for development using assessments.

  • Coaching plan. Start with the end in mind—goal selection. Action Planning.

  • “Field work” (application) opportunities to practice new behaviors, mindset, communication, skills. Gain confidence. Accountability for taking action. Identify and dissolve roadblocks to progress. Goal alignment check-ins.

  • Progress review. Design ongoing development plan to sustain new skills and behaviors. Decide whether to renew the engagement for continued support.

3-Month Intensive Program

This program requires you to dedicate at least 2 to 3 hours per week toward your growth. It may be a good fit if you need to kick-start change or get clarity for one issue or goal quickly.

How it works

  • Two 45 to 50-minute sessions per month with “homework” (action steps, reading, behavioral practice, exercises).

Access to your coach via text and email between sessions.

  • Cleo Five-Stage process is condensed: you need to be clear, specific, and realistic about what you want to accomplish going in.

  • You will have less time to practice and sustain change, but will make a good start. Many clients decide to renew the engagement for another 3 to 9 months.

12-Month Thought-Partner Program

This program is for those who want to ensure support and accountability long-term. Clients who choose this option often have landed a promotion to a top level in their organization, are making a career transition, have completed years of higher education and are launching into practice (e.g., attorneys, doctors), or are in a major transition period in their lives or career (e.g., parenting while working as an executive, preparing for retirement, dealing with new health issues) with a steep learning curve. Building clarity, confidence, competence, and comfort will take longer since there is likely to be a lot to learn and navigate. Allison will be your thought-partner and inspirer throughout.
